These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 9joy platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. Using 9joy constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

Fraud, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of platform errors, money laundering, and any form of cheating are prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

To register and maintain a 9joy account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative for any third party.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep it current at all times.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order in force at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
9joy accepts deposits via the following payment methods. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the platform or gain advantage in any game or bet.
- Any activity that constitutes money laundering, funding of illegal activity, or misuse of any promotion, bonus, or free play offer.
Bonus & Promotions Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 9joy platform are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses apply to first-time deposits only and may not be claimed more than once per player.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited.
- 9joy reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering already in progress.
- Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts, or patterns of play inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
The following additional terms apply specifically to sports betting activity, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other sporting markets available on 9joy:
- All bets are accepted subject to maximum stake limits applicable to the market and event. 9joy reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
- In the event of a manifest error in pricing, 9joy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account.
- Live betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time during an event. Bets already accepted before suspension will stand unless the event is subsequently declared void.
9joy takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. By using the Platform, you acknowledge the following:

General Provisions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9joy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. 9joy's total liability in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
All content on the 9joy platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of 9joy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 9joy.
9joy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 9joy will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
